I started the ETE program on July 6th. As i first arrived I felt excited yet, nervous at the same time. Everyone was outside some chatting others standing alone. Everyone had different expressions. Before we got in most ppl were standing alone by ones self. A lot of ppl seemed shy(that was only at first.) After a few moments are assistant teachers, took us into one of the buildings. There we waited for what we were going to do next.
They then after about 20 mins. took us into are digital technology class. There we were locked out of the computers. SO, instead we were given time to get to know one another. The first ppl I met were Deidra, Mark-Anthony, and Jen'ee, cause they are who I sat next to in Digital Technology. Throughout the day we did various activities to get to know one another more.
In the first day I learned a lot about everyone in my class. For, lunch we went to 30th street station. For lunch some of us had, Auntie Anns, others had Mc Donalds. At lunch we just chilled and got to no one another. And, for the other half of the day we continued to do exercises to get to no one another. At the end of the day we recieved are ID cards, that would allow us to go to more places on campus.
Here, i enjoy my class mates, have meet many new ppl, my teachers are for the most part good. ANd, i can't wait to finish out my time here.
